Nestled between Coquille Point with Elephant Rock and the iconic Face Rock Viewpoint, this stunning property sits on what many consider the best stretch of beach on the entire West Coast.

With private beach access—featuring what may be Bandon’s finest private staircase, complete with landings—Casa Azul offers an unmatched connection to the ocean.

The main and bottom floors of Casa Azul were designed to capture spectacular ocean views, showcasing the dramatic Oregon coastline. Its bluff-face construction is supported by master landscape engineering, creating a serene retreat above the surf.

Whether you’re relaxing on one of the two ocean-facing decks or unwinding indoors, you’ll enjoy some of the best ocean views on the Oregon coast.

Located just minutes from Bandon Dunes, Casa Azul is an ideal getaway for golfers seeking world-class courses paired with luxurious accommodations.

The main floor has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a dining area with ocean views, a living room with a deck, a laundry room, a bedroom with a king bed & en suite bathroom, and an additional full bathroom. The loft has a high-quality, premium sofa bed and a private bathroom. The bottom floor has a bedroom with 2 twin beds in a bedroom, a sitting area with a premium sofa bed, and a bathroom. The house has 3 floors total, sleeps up to 6 guests, and includes high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer.

Casa Azul is built directly on the shoreline bluff to maximize the panoramic ocean views—this unique cliffside setting does not include a yard. It is designed for adults and older children; the home is not equipped for toddler‑age guests. A private parking deck accommodates only up to two vehicles, in compliance with city requirements.

There is a processing fee on all reservations.
A separate one-time $295 cleaning fee applies to this vacation rental.

Cancellation policy:

All stays 10 days and over require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
If your stay is less than 30 days and you cancel more than 30 days before your check-in, you will get a full refund of your charges with the exception of the 25% non-refundable deposit and the processing fees.
If your stay is less than 30 days and you cancel between and including 15 to 30 days before your check-in, we will refund 50% of your charges with the exception of the processing fees.
If your stay is less than 30 days and you cancel within the two weeks prior to your arrival, you will not receive a refund.
If your stay is longer than 30 days and you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund of your charges with the exception of the 25% non-refundable deposit and the processing fees.
If your stay is longer than 30 days and you cancel within 30 days of your stay, you will not receive a refund for the first 30 days of your stay.
The exception to these cancellation policies is that any rebooked days after a cancellation will be refunded with the exception of the 25% non-refundable deposit and the processing fees.
