All significant holiday dates are $50 more than Base Rate per night, including Bandon's Cranberry Festival and Spring Break dates for schools within driving range.
All other Fridays and Saturdays are $30 more than Base Rate per night.

This huge home is perched on a cliff overlooking breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Located just minutes north of the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, one of the most prestigious golf courses in the world, and Whiskey Run Trails, a highly rated mountain biking system, this gated hideaway is nestled in a beautiful forest setting with magnificent ocean views throughout this wonderful home, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind from a long day of golf, shopping, or just ambling on the beach. It's spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. And you'll never tire of watching those sunsets. This is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax.

4 bedrooms, 1 loft, 3 bathrooms, and a newly remodeled kitchen. Sleeps 7-12 people comfortably.

1. Big screen TVs with DirecTV upgraded package with HD channels such as CNN, CNBC, ESPN, NFL Network, Golf Channel, Fox Business News, TNT, USA and many more.
2. All bedrooms are furnished with California king-sized Tempur-Pedic beds.
3. Unlimited satellite Internet with Wi-Fi in every corner of the house
4. Walking path directly to miles of beach.

DirecTV and Internet are not guaranteed and are subject to the weather conditions.

No fireworks or any other dangerous activity allowed.

Smoking is only allowed outside the house or on the deck.

A maximum of 2 pets allowed in this home. All allowed pets must be dogs.

If you bring pets, you must:

• get prior approval from the property manager.
• bring your pets’ own bedding.
• keep your pet off the furniture, unless you bring a furniture cover.
• never leave your pet unattended anywhere on the property, inside or outside the house.
• make sure your pets' flea treatment is up to date.
• wipe your pet down when returning from the beach before allowing it back into the house.

Due to the remote nature of this house, it is not accessible by vehicles longer than 26 feet.

1.5% State of Oregon Tourism tax applies.
There is a processing fee on all reservations.
A separate one-time $350 cleaning fee applies to this vacation rental.

Cancellation policy:

1. All stays over 10 days require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
2. If your stay is less than 30 days and you cancel more than 30 days before your check-in, you will get a full refund of your charges with the exception of the 25% non-refundable deposit and the processing fees.
3. If your stay is less than 30 days and you cancel between and including 15 to 30 days before your check-in, we will refund 50% of your charges with the exception of the processing fees.
4. If your stay is less than 30 days and you cancel within the two weeks prior to your arrival, you will not receive a refund.
5. If your stay is longer than 30 days and you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund of your charges with the exception of the 25% non-refundable deposit and the processing fees.
6. If your stay is longer than 30 days and you cancel within 30 days of your stay, you will not receive a refund for the first 30 days of your stay.
7. The exception to these cancellation policies is that any rebooked days after a cancellation will be refunded with the exception of the 25% non-refundable deposit and the processing fees.
